How to Copy and Paste Text from Multiple Locations in Microsoft Word

How to Copy and Paste Text from Multiple Locations in Microsoft Word

You have numerous pieces of content you need to glue into Word- - a section here, a sentence there. Rather than exchanging forward and backward between numerous areas, squeezing duplicate and glue every time, utilize Word's inherent "Spike" highlight to glue the content at the same time into your report.

1. Select the piece of content you need to duplicate

2. Press Ctrl+F3. This will add the choice to your clipboard. Note that it will cut the content from your report, instead of replicating it, so don't spare the first modified archive on the off chance that you don't need those pieces of content forever expelled.

3. Rehash the two stages above for each extra piece of content to duplicate.

4. Go to the record or area where you need to glue the greater part of the content.

5. Press Ctrl+Shift+F3.

That is it! The content will be glued adjacently at the new area.
